In Human Resources, people are our priority. We design and implement programs, processes, and systems that celebrate individuality and empower our team members to use their unique contributions. Our Technology team uses the latest tools and methodologies to design, build, integrate, and support solutions for our schools, clinics, team members, and students. We are cloud-first, data-driven and agile in everything we do. Joining this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s technological needs and helping to drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Facilities and Safety

Our Facilities and Safety team manages the physical environment of all our schools and clinics, focusing on ensuring the safety and well-being of students, clients, staff, and visitors. Joining this team, you will support fostering a culture of safety throughout the company by promoting safety awareness, encouraging staff participation in safety initiatives, and recognizing and rewarding safe behaviors.

Marketing, Communications, and Outreach

Our Outreach Services team leads business development and sales to promote growth and scalability. Joining this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the company.

Our Marketing and Communications team plays a vital role in driving business growth and success by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition, building brand awareness, and engaging with key stakeholders to build relationships and loyalty.

Finance and Accounting

Our Finance and Accounting team plays a critical role in supporting the company’s overall success by providing financial leadership, analysis, and guidance to inform strategic decisions and drive sustainable growth. Jonathan Bicknell

Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan Bicknell is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for New Story. He joined the company in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his experience spans 25+ years across healthcare, financial, and consulting sectors. Jon is focused on the company’s operational agility and ensuring New Story continues to help children and young adults achieve success in a safe and supportive environment.

Olena Maleckyj

Chief Human Resource Officer

Olena Maleckyj is New Story’s Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), driving the company’s people strategies, including company culture, talent acquisition, management and development, and benefits and compensation programs. She also has oversight for state and local HR teams, who are focused on recruiting and developing top talent. Olena joins us with over 35 years in human resources and operations in healthcare and retail sectors.

Amie Carter

Chief Growth and Strategy Officer

Amie Carter currently serves as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at New Story. Amie is responsible for the growth and expansion of New Story, along with its technology and information infrastructure. Amie joined the organization in 2021 as its Chief Information Officer. Amie’s background includes 24 years in IT and healthcare sectors.

Gregg Haddad

Chief Financial Officer

Gregg Haddad is New Story’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads financial and real estate strategy and operations to help ensure New Story’s educators and clinicians have the resources they need to operate at their full potential in serving children and their families. Gregg’s experience spans a range of finance and operating functions with large public and private companies in the health care, financial services, and technology sectors.
