River Rock Academy  in Sayre, PA is seeking a qualified Campus Director who will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring and control of budgets, staff development, and youth development.  Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing, supervising staff to include the implementation of appropriate hiring and discipline, and managing the physical facility. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintains accountability of student attendance, positive culture and climate, participation in community service and counseling.
• Completes all required reporting documents in a timely manner using correct grammar, punctuation and in a way that clearly communicates the information.
• Communicates information, including the dentification of problems/issues with the appropriate management staff in a timely manner and positively engages in effective problem-solving.
• Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the campus.
• Provide oversight and management for all staff and local assets; vans, buildings, and property.
• Maintaining facility compliance as it pertains to fire code, department of health, and any other regulating body.
• Reviews staff performance on a regular basis and provides guidance and feedback.  Completes a performance evaluation with all staff in their assigned campus to be completed by the end of each academic year.
