Your Role as the Director of School and Services:
- Lead and implement the school’s strategic vision to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Ensure all academic, therapeutic, and operational programs align with organizational mission, values, and state/federal regulations.
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering instructions, therapy, and behavioral support; foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Oversee IEP compliance, student admissions, and communication with families, LEAs, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor student progress and program effectiveness, maintaining compliance with education and special education standards.
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, facilities, staff training, and adherence to safety and confidentiality policies.
- Cultivate community partnerships and parent engagement while promoting continuous staff learning and professional development.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Special Education, ABA, Social Work, or any related field
- Active PA Special Education teaching certification
- At least five (5) years of experience serving in a lead position in an environment with children with learning and behavioral challenges
