Hourly Rate : $15 to $17 

This is a pooled requisition for the 2025–2026 school year. If selected, your tentative start date will be August 2025.

Join Green Tree School & Services, an Approved Private School (APS) providing specialized, full-time out-of-district placements for students with emotional and autism support needs. Your Role as a Food Service Worker

  • Kitchen and Dining Area Maintenance – Maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen, serving, and dining areas by following approved housekeeping and safety protocols.

  • Cleaning Duties – Participates in the scheduled cleaning of food production areas to ensure a hygienic work environment.

  • Food Safety and Compliance – Demonstrates and upholds food safety standards in line with USDA, HACCP, State regulations, Health Department guidelines, and Food Services Department policies.

  • Storage Area Management – Keeps freezers, refrigerators, and dry storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.

  • Meal Preparation Support – Assists in preparing meals according to standardized recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and nutritional compliance.

  • Standards Adherence in Absence of Management – Upholds all food preparation and service procedures, including portion control and HACCP compliance, in the absence of the Food Services Manager.

  • Product Testing and Feedback – Participates in evaluating new food products and supports student taste-testing events under the direction of the Food Services Manager.

  • Additional Responsibilities – Carries out other duties as assigned by the Lead Food Services Worker, Food Services Manager, or school administration
