Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Supervise and support RBTs and other paraprofessionals, ensuring treatment fidelity and accurate data collection.
- Monitor client progress, collect and analyze data, and make program adjustments as necessary to support treatment goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate, confidential, and in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for RBTs and other team members.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications:
- Active Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCaBA.
