- Compensation– Base salary ranging from $78,000.00 to $100,000.00, depending on education and experience.

Your role as a Special Education Teacher (2025 – 2026 SY)
- Develop and Implement IEPs – Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Track and Assess Progress – Monitor student development, adjust strategies, and ensure continued academic and personal growth.
- Manage Challenging Behaviors – Implement behavior support plans to foster positive student outcomes.
- Collaborate with Support Teams – Work closely with RBTs, support staff, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Advocate for Students – Ensure compliance with educational laws while championing the rights and needs of students with disabilities.
- Foster a Positive Learning Environment – Cultivate a supportive, engaging space where every student can succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for Special Education, demonstrated by patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students with special needs succeed.
