Your Role as a Senior Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Department of Education guidelines, and the Pennsylvania School Code.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of programs and services to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on student progress and overall program effectiveness.
  • Create and implement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring consistent progress toward student goals.
  • Design and deliver professional development programs aimed at improving the quality of teaching and promoting evidence-based practices for educators and staff.
  • Offer coaching and support to staff in implementing improvement plans and addressing areas of underperformance.
  • Travel regularly to various school locations as part of the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Expertise – Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience in Program Oversight – 5-7 years of experience leading quality assurance, continuous improvement, or program evaluation in an educational setting.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Policy Implementation – Proven ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Department of Education guidelines and Pennsylvania School Code.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong background in developing and managing systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting student progress data to drive program effectiveness.
  • Leadership in Professional Development – Experience designing and delivering training programs to enhance educator performance, promote evidence-based practices, and drive instructional improvement.
  • Performance Improvement & Staff Support – Skilled in coaching and mentoring staff to implement improvement plans and address areas of underperformance.
  • Multi-Site Oversight – Ability to travel regularly to multiple school locations to support program consistency, assess needs, and implement best practices across the organization.
