What we offer: 

  • Compensation: Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Dual-Subject Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for both Math and Science classes tailored to students at varying academic levels.
  • Classroom Management: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
  • Student Progress: Assess and track student performance, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to promote success.
  • Behavioral Support: Manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior support plans to maintain a productive classroom environment.
  • Advocacy: Ensure compliance with educational laws and advocate for the rights and needs of students with special needs.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, math, science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset, capable of working within a multidisciplinary team to support students.
  • Passion for Education: Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally.

 

Preferred/Nice-to-Have: 

  • Master’s degree in education, math, science, or special education from an accredited institution.
