Register Behavior Technician at Meliora Academy

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Manage client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and proper use of medical terminology.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients’ behavioral and developmental needs.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your expertise in behavior management and therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences in a school setting.
