Utilizing evidence-based interventions, including applied behavior analysis, we provide individualized instruction and one-on-one support to help students reach their maximum potential. - Compensation: Base salary ranging from $55,000.00 to $62,000.00, depending on education and experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language interventions to students with complex learning profiles in a small, supportive classroom setting, under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Work closely with the supervising SLP and interdisciplinary team, including special educators, therapists, and behavior specialists, to develop effective lesson plans, treatment strategies, and individualized learning supports.
- Assist with documenting student progress, collecting data, and contributing to the IEP process to ensure interventions are data-driven and aligned with student goals.
- Establish and maintain an orderly, supportive, and aesthetically pleasing learning space that meets each student’s social, emotional, and executive functioning needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings, reflect on instructional methods, seek guidance as needed, and continuously adapt strategies to enhance student engagement and success.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent post-secondary coursework and training.
- Experience working with autism and other complex medical diagnoses.
- Familiarity with the IEP process and experience in collecting progress monitoring data.
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication Disorders.
- Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Certificate program from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
