What we offer:
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on education and experience
- Consistent Pay: Same hourly rate for all work, with no differentiation between billable and non-billable hours, and no reductions for patient cancellations
- Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. No nights or weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of teaching programs designed by Certified Special Education Teacher and Chief
Administrator and/or Educational Director in collaboration with a BCBA. Performance based feedback
on program implementation is provided by the Special Education Teacher and Chief Administrator in
collaboration with your team BCBA. This is most often in the school setting but may be extended to a
student’s home and/or community-based settings. - Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) designed and trained by a BCBA and other
professional staff. Performance based feedback on implementation is provided by a BCBA in
collaboration with the Chief Administrator. - Implementation of behavior strategies designed by a BCBA. Performance based feedback on
implementation is provided by a BCBA in collaboration with your Special Education teacher.
Collect academic, behavioral, social and functional data (i.e. trial by trial data) and behavior data on
Catalyst System as requested by your BCBA, special education and related service staff in conjunction
with the Chief Administrator. This includes supporting students with toileting and hygiene task as
described in the student’s IEP document. - Monitor student data and report trends (positive or negative) to BCBA, Special Education and Related
Service Staff when needed. Alert BCBA and Special Education Teacher when phase change lines are
indicated due to a change in procedure.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Preferred/Nice to have:
- Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences.
