Join The Learning Spectrum (TLS), where we provide individualized, naturalistic programming for children with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities. Our programs are tailored to each child’s unique needs, focusing on self-management, language, learning, and social skills. Through an ABA approach combined with therapies and education, TLS helps children thrive in settings where they can reach their full potential.

What we offer:  

  • Schedule: 35 to 40 Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (No nights, No weekends)

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs  
  • Provide support in the classroom by helping students with their academic tasks, including literacy and math activities.  
  • Assist students with self-help skills, including toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene, to promote independence.  
  • Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers to help adjust teaching strategies, as necessary.  

Qualifications:  

  • At least 18 years of age  
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion  

Preferred/Nice to have:  

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field  
  • Experience working with children with special needs or autism through volunteer work, employment, or other relevant experiences
