Behavior Technician (BT)

  2. Work Schedule: This role works Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 3:15 pm
  3. Pay: You get paid the same rate for all hours worked and no client cancellations

As a Behavior Technician, you will:  

  • Empower Student Success: Support and enhance the educational and behavioral goals of all students, with a special focus on those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 
  • Therapeutic Excellence: Deliver direct therapy to assigned clients.
  • Student Development: Run programs as prescribed by the treatment plan and by your supervisor.
  • Effective Support Plans: Implement behavior support plans to ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes for our students, promoting their well-being and success in various environments.
  • Stay Ahead: Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices. 
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents and external professionals. 

We’d love to hear from you if you meet any of the following qualifications:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician with a valid certificate
  • Have an Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester hours)
  • Are driven to transform the lives of students with special education needs!
